Champions league- why not?

Soccer fans all around the world are anxious. Why do you ask? Only four days remain until the Champions League draw. The draw will take place in Nyon, Switzerland on Monday the 16th and is scheduled to start at 12:00 CET.

The 16 teams that remain will fight for the elite demonstration of football superiority, also known as The UEFA Champions League trophy. The top rating eight clubs are Manchester United, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund, Atletico Madrid and Barcelona. The runner-ups are Bayer Leverkusen, Galatasaray, Olympiakos, Manchester City, Schalke, Arsenal, Zenit St Petersburg and AC Milan.

Game

We have to highlight the fact that everyone is excited to see the three candidates for the Fifa Ballon d’Or – Lionel Messi (Barcelona), Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid) and Franck Ribery (Bayern Munich) do their best on the playground. But also we have to focus on the fact that we are to witness some of the world’s greatest players competing against each other. Yes, we mean Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie (Manchester United), Didier Drogba (Galatasaray), Gareth Bale (Real Madrid), Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva (Paris Saint-Germain), Arjen Robben (Bayern), Eden Hazard and Frank Lampard (Chelsea), Mario Balotelli and Kaka (AC Milan) and the list goes on and on.

Why should you watch every single game until the final? There is a lot that happened in the year 2013. Chelsea, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and other great clubs got new coaches. The style of play changed for the most of the leading teams in the Champions League. That gives other teams a great chance to take advantage of the confusion that is going around lately (just think about the heated situation in Manchester United and the fact that last year’s winner of Premier League is currently in the 9th place and the confusion around the transfer rumors of Manchester’s players and loan of Barcelona’s players and etc.). No one can really predict what will happen on February when the next game is played.

Yes, we can see that there are so many reasons why you should stay at home, turn on the television and see how the story unravels.
